MORE ABOUT Dora & Diego — Let's Explore!
Now your toddlers and preschoolers can experience all the things they love about Nick Jr.’s Dora the Explorer and Go, Diego, Go! in real life. They’ll giggle with delight when they see all the colorful, hands-on activities that Nickelodeon and The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis have created for the traveling exhibit Dora & Diego — Let’s Explore! Dora and her cousin Diego are on hand, as well as their friends Boots, Map, Backpack, Isa, Tico, and that sneaky fox Swiper.

Together, children and families will dress up like buccaneers and sail the high seas in search of treasure on the Pirate Piggies’ Ship. Or they can navigate the Milky Way aboard a Rocket Ship to help Dora’s alien friends find their way back to the Purple Planet.

Preschoolers can also run, jump, crawl and swing through the Rainforest Maze in search of baby animals hidden inside. Afterwards, they can care for the animals at the Animal Rescue Center, where they'll learn about red-eyed tree frogs, spider monkeys, jaguars and crocodiles. Diego and Alicia also need your preschooler’s help to bandage, bathe and feed the baby animals. Then they can make a beeline for Isa’s garden, where they’ll help Isa care for her flowers and sort them by shapes.

Dora & Diego — Let’s Explore! is a wonderful outing for preschoolers. They will role-play, practice sharing and caring behaviors, and learn Spanish words. Just like Dora and Diego, families also set goals, overcome obstacles and come up with solutions together. This exhibit will be traveling in 2019.
